Billable Time and Rates
Regular service rates are $78.00 after first hour ( subject to change without notice )

  • Applies Mon - Friday 24/Hrs and Saturday until 12:00 PM
  • A minimum first hour flat rate charge of $100.00 will be charged to all service calls. (Charge covers travel time up to 1 hour on site).
  • Overtime rates are $117.00 per hour - applies to Saturday 12 PM to 6 AM Monday, and Holidays
  • Minimum of 1Hr + travel time both ways is charged to all after hours service calls.
  • A joint material charge of $7.80 is applied to all service calls.
  • A gas surcharge and/or truck charge may be applied if deemed necessary.
  • All diagnostic service required to provide estimates for repairs is billable.
  • One-way travel is charged to a maximum of $37.50 in Essex County. Outside Essex county travel is charged as accumulated one way, each trip.
  • Once the technician is dispatched for service, the accumulated time is billable to the customer requesting the service, including time required to leave and obtain parts and/or materials and return.

Delays
Any delays which consume the technician's time and are not the direct cause of Trillium Mechanical Solutions Ltd. will be billable to the customer requesting the current dispatched service call. Such delays include, but are not limited to:

  • late/lack of arrival of contact person
  • inability to access location or premises for any reason
  • delays in waiting for payment onsite
  • delays in waiting for authorization to complete repairs.

Cancellations

  • A charge of $30.00 will be applied if the request is processed prior to the arrival of the technician at site otherwise a minimum of $90.00 is charged for cancelled service calls.
  • No cancellations on special order parts.
  • Cancellations on all other parts are subject to 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty
Trillium warranties all repairs for 90 days on parts and 30 days on labour. Valid on only on full payment of invoice.

Customer Disputes and Concerns
Disputed charges which are first paid in full will be carefully considered by management and if deemed appropriate, credits or special arrangements will be applied. In no circumstances are funds to be withheld for disputes or concerns.

All customer concerns will be handled professionally and with the utmost care to our customer.

Authorization
I have the authority to order the work as requested. It is agreed that Trillium Mechanical Solutions Ltd. will retain title to any equipment that may be finished until payment is made, and if payment is not made according to the terms as described under "Terms and Conditions" Trillium Mechanical Solutions Ltd shall have the right to remove same and will be held harmless from any damages resulting therein the removal thereof. In no event shall claims for the indirect or consequential damages be made against Trillium Mechanical Solutions Ltd.
